All Committed Coaches Contractors are required to have their own S-Corp or LLC (or equivalent if outside of the U.S.) *A sole proprietorship or DBA is not sufficient.

If you are outside of the U.S. you will need a business entity the equivalent of an LLC. You will need to be able to fill out the W-8BEN-E or you can set up an S-Corp or LLC in the U.S.
